Many employees are motivated by challenging work opportunities. Focus group questions that invite HR Members to share thoughts on how challenged they feel by their positions and workloads will give an idea of whether they are over or underestimating the skills and abilities of employees.

A successful employee focus group discussion is one that gives employees full freedom to openly and honestly discuss their feelings about the company they work for.

 Specific lines of questioning can be used to help EHRMA Members target particular areas of interest or concern.
