CPHRC - 3 Certificate in Global HR Strategic Management Certificate

EHRMA is happy to announce the Third course "Certificate in Global HR Strategic Management Certificate" of it program: The Certified Professional in Human Resources & Compensation Certification Program (CPHRC), organized in conjunction with IHRME (USA). The program consists of 4 series of courses, the completion of which and the passing of their examinations qualify the participant to become a certified professional in HR and compensation.

Course is conducted by Dr. John Maxwell, former President of the World Federation of Personnel Management Association (WFPMA) and recipient of the "George Petipas" Memorial Award.

Topics to be covered in the course are as follows:

Who should attend this course:
• Suitable for senior level people who want to better understand the connection between the various HR Elements
• Specifically for HR people but Strategic Planners, Finance managers and managers from all disciplines would benefit.
• Not suitable for entry level people without prior HR experience, at least 2 years in professional role or
• Have attended CPHRC 1 & 2 and passed or
• Have a Bachelors degree with several years experience in commerce, industry or Government preferably at a supervisor or above level.
• Most challenging of all the courses

Course Fee
We are thrilled to inform you that we succeeded in reducing the course fee to L.E. 5,800, thus enabling our valued members to enroll. In addition to this, we are offering special discounts, one for early birds who register and pay the fees before October 15, 2009 and another for the registration of two or more delegates from the same organization. Following are the details:

Early Bird Fee Before October 15

One delegate: 5400 L.E.
2 + delegates: 5000 L.E.

After October 15

One delegate: 5800 L.E.
2 + delegates: 5400 L.E.

A minimum of 20 participants are needed to run the course. Candidates have to successfully pass the course examination with at least 70% of attendance record.
