Who should attend this course
• Suitable for senior level people who want to better understand the connection between the various HR Elements
• Specifically for HR people but Strategic Planners, Finance managers and managers from all disciplines would benefit.
• Not suitable for entry level people without prior HR experience, at least 2 years in professional role or
• Have attended CPHRC 1 & 2 and passed or
• Have a Bachelors degree with several years experience in commerce, industry or Government preferably at a supervisor or above level.
• Most challenging of all the courses
Course fee is L.E. 8,000 for all participants. For candidates whose company is IMC beneficiary, 20% will be paid by the company, and 80% will be paid by IMC, provided that the candidate successfully pass the course examination, and have an attendance record of 70% at least.
