EHRMA in conjunction with IHRME (USA) is happy to announce the second course "The Certificate in Compensation Management" of its program: The Certified Professional in Human Resources & Compensation Certification Program (CPHRC). The program consists of 4 series of courses. Completion of the series and passing their examinations will qualify the participant to become a certified professional in HR and compensation.
The second course will be conducted by Dr. John Maxwell, former President of the World Federation of Personnel Management Association (WFPMA) and recipient of the "George Petipas" Memorial Award.
Course is for forty (40) contact hours (5 days). Topics to be covered in the course are as follows:

Who should attend this course
• Suitable for professional of all disciplines who want to understand the reward process and the important role it plays in driving organizations to success.
• Preferable to have some exposure to Compensation (CPHRC 1 ok)
• Requires some experience in HR, minimum of 6 months if CPHRC 1 not taken
The fee is L.E. 8,000 course. For IMC beneficiaries, 20% is paid by the company, and 80% is paid by IMC. Provided that the candidate successfully pass the course examination, and have an attendance record of 70% at least.
