Certified Professional in Global HR Strategic Management Certificate
(CPHRC)
EHRMA is happy to announce the third course "Certificate in Global HR Strategic Management Certificate" of it program: The Certified Professional in Human Resources & Compensation Certification Program (CPHRC), organized in conjunction with IHRME (USA). The program consists of 4 series of courses, the completion of which and the passing of their examinations qualify the participant to become a certified professional in HR and compensation.
Course is conducted by Dr. John Maxwell, former President of the World Federation of Personnel Management Association (WFPMA) and recipient of the "George Petipas" Memorial Award.
Topics to be covered in the course are as follows:

• Strategies for Staffing a Global Organization
• Strategies for Developing a Global Workforce
• Performance Management Strategies for a Global Workforce
• Remuneration Strategies for a Global Workforce
• International Employee Relations & Regulations

• HR’s Contribution to the Success of Global Organizations
Course fee is L.E. 8,000 for all participants. For candidates whose company is IMC beneficiary, 20% will be paid by the company, and 80% will be paid by IMC, provided that the candidate successfully pass the course examination, and have an attendance record of 70% at least. For cash payments made in advance, a special discount of L.E. 1,000 is offered.
