CPHRC – 1 the "Human Resource Generalist Certificate"

Based on the success and high registration in its fifth round, EHRMA in conjunction with IHRME (USA) is announcing the sixth round for its Certified Professional in Human Resources & Compensation Certification Program (CPHRC). The program consists of 4 series of courses; and their completion and passing their examinations qualifies the participant to become a certified professional in HR and compensation.
CPHRC – 1 is the "Human Resource Generalist Certificate", and will be conducted by Dr. John Maxwell, former President of the World Federation of Personnel Management Association (WFPMA) and recipient of the "George Petipas" Memorial Award.

Topics to be covered in the course are as follows:

• HR Foundation
• Labor Law
• Performance Management
• Business Essentials
• Staffing
• People Development
• Remuneration
• HR in Practice

• Course is suitable for all levels of people, especially for those in a supervisory role.
• People from all professional disciplines find this program of value
• No prior HR experience necessary but desirable for those wanting a career in HR
• Needs some understanding of Microsoft Excel, especially the basic Statistical methods of Central Tendency calculations, Location, Charting and simple Regression (all used in Team assignment lasting all 5 days, where some prior Compensation experience also desirable)
