On April 27, 2004, EHRMA members gathered to draw the road map for the year 2004. With this objective on mind, the participants were broken down into groups, each group discussing one of 4 main topics of high relevance to the HR operation, namely: Resourcing, Development, Compensation and Benefits and Organization Development
In discussing these topics, members of the group were asked to define the issues and/or problems they were facing in this regard, to prioritize them in terms of importance and urgency, and to come up with ideas on how EHRMA could help them in addressing them.
A big thank you is due to those who participated in this session. Their valuable contributions have helped us lay a clear road map for EHRMA to pursue in the future.
