Course 1: Advanced Staffing and Development Management Certificate "CGSDP"

This new 5 day workshop builds upon the material presented in the CPHRC 1 Course “Human Resource Generalist Certificate” and which together form the speciality certification ‘Certified Global Staffing and Development Professional”® (CGSDP) both are issued by iHRME Inc.
The Six modules which comprise this course focus on both learning concepts and their practical application. The 1st element of the module is an interactive discussion on "advanced concepts" as THEY APPLY across a variety of specialised areas of Staffing and Development, each at an advanced level.
The second element is “concept application" in the form in of individual or team based practical exercises and case studies specifically related to the subject area.
The Workshop modules are
M 1: WORKFORCE PLANNING FOR A FLAT WORLD
M 2: ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION
M 3 ADVANCED STRATEGIES FOR STAFFING THE GLOBAL ORGANIZATION
M 4 WORKFORCE INTERNAL & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT
M 5 CURRENT ISSUES IN GLOBAL STAFFING AND DEVELOPMENT
M 6 CAPSTONE” ACTIVITY, where participants identify concepts and strategies relevant to their organizations
The Faculty and Principal designer for this program, Robert Butler, is an acknowledged world expert in the Subject area and was former head of GE’s Staffing and Development function
A Professional certificate is issued to those who successfully undertake a 50 question examination at the conclusion of module 6. Where participants have previously successfully completed the examination requirements for CPHRC 1, Human Resource Generalist Certificate, then they will be awarded the speciality certification ‘Certified Global Staffing and Development Professional” ® (CGSDP)
Who Should Attend
• Suitable for professionals in Recruitment, Staffing, Training and Development
• HR Generalists wanting to broaden their skill base
• When taken with CPHRC 1, a Specialist Certification of Certified Global Staffing & Development Professional (CGSDP) is awarded
• Ideally completed CPHRC or
• At least 3 years experience in HR in one of the functions mentioned
Course fee is L.E. 8,000 (accomodation in Sharm El Sheikh not includded course fee) For candidates whose company is IMC beneficiary, L.E. 1600 (20%) will be paid by the company, and L.E. 6400 (80%) will be paid by IMC, provided that the candidate successfully pass the course examination, and have an attendance record of 70% at least.
