EHRMA is continuing to offer the Certified Professional in Human Resources & Compensation Certification Program (CPHRC) in conjunction with IHRME (USA).
The program consists of 4 series of courses as follows:
1. HR Generalist Certificate
2. Certificate in Compensation Management
3. Global HR Strategic Management Certificate
4. Certificate in HR Leadership & Decision Making
Completion of the series and passing their examinations qualify the participant to become a certified professional in HR and compensation. The four courses are conducted by Dr. John Maxwell, former President of the World Federation of Personnel Management Association (WFPMA) and the recipient of the "George Petipas" Memorial Award.

• No prior HR experience necessary but desirable for those wanting a career in HR
• Needs some understanding of Microsoft Excel, especially the basic Statistical methods of Central Tendency calculations, Location, Charting and simple Regression (all used in Team assignment lasting all 5 days, where some prior Compensation experience also desirable)
The fees are L.E. 8,000 per course. For IMC beneficiaries, 20% is paid by the company, and 80% is paid by IMC.
We have already completed three rounds, and as the program was well received, we will be starting our fourth round according to the following schedule:
